South African Rooibos comes from the South African Red Bush (Aspalanthus linearis) and contains high levels of antioxidants, calcium, manganese, magnesium, and fluoride. It has been used to treat depression, insomnia, digestive problems, hay fever, and asthma. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free.
